You can do it!

Getting to where I wanted to be in life was never easy, but it was possible. And even if everyone tells you that your dreams are jusst fantasies, always listen to your inner voice. I left my coutry, my family, and a job that many people would love to have, just to do what really makes me happy, cooking.

It was the best decision I ever could have made in my life.

I’m Francisco F. D. Bolaños, and this is my new life as a chef in Chicago at Little Madrid. I’m building my own Madrid here, in the United States of America.
