By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Restaurant Reservation Service
Little Madrid Tapas Cafe may provide telephone-based reservation assistance, including through an automated or AI-assisted voice system.
When you call Little Madrid Tapas Cafe, you may request assistance with making a restaurant reservation. As part of this service, we may offer to send a text message to your mobile telephone number containing a link that allows you to continue or complete your reservation through OpenTable.
Receiving a text message is optional and is not required to inquire about our restaurant or services.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program Description
When you call Little Madrid Tapas Cafe regarding a reservation, you may be offered the option to receive an SMS text message containing a reservation-related link, including a link to complete your booking through OpenTable.
We will send the message after you provide consent to receive the reservation-related text message.
Consent
By verbally agreeing to receive a text message during your telephone interaction with Little Madrid Tapas Cafe, you consent to receive reservation-related SMS messages from Little Madrid Tapas Cafe at the mobile number associated with your call or otherwise provided by you.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from Little Madrid Tapas Cafe.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our telephone, reservation, website, or SMS services, including by attempting to interfere with their operation, using them for unlawful purposes, or providing false or misleading information.
Availability of Services

The availability of a reservation link or reservation assistance does not guarantee that a table will be available. A reservation is not confirmed unless you receive confirmation through the applicable reservation process.
